HanJan, LKF's novel Korean hot spot, serves upwardly creative Korean manner dishes amongst smashing cocktails inwards a lively too inviting atmosphere. The owner, Adrienne Lau, too talented squad of chefs consulted culinary experts, Korean chefs, too used authentic Korean suppliers to exercise an innovative menu, fusing traditional flavours with novel training techniques. We loved their unique "Kimato Cheese Ball" with kimchi too mozzarella mixed within a whole tomato, the moreish bulgogi nachos with kimchi too tomato, the tender too flavourful "Galbi Galbi" Korean Style Beef Short Ribs, too our favourite dish of the night, the indulgent "Fist of Fury" using dull cooked pork knuckle with eleven kinds of Korean medicinal herbs. Each dish was original, freshly prepared too tasted smashing with i of their fun too refreshing cocktails. We peculiarly recommend trying their master copy too tasty Kimchi Fizz Cocktail using Kimchi infused vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white too Tabasco. The best business office is that Hanjan is opened upwardly until 4am on Fri too Sat nights making it perfect for when those belatedly black hunger pains boot in.
