Typhoon
Mawar produced landfall in southern China on the night of Wednesday
September third, and though weakening is moving nearer to Hong Kong.
Officials have issued a No. 3 signal and are warning of wind gusts exceeding 100 kmh and major water on Monday.
If
you should be in Hong Kong, you are suggested to follow the directions
of local authorities, specially to keep indoors from windows.
