Following the success of The Salted Pig inwards Central, a minute place has been launched with the throng of busy venues inwards Knutsford Terrace, offering a carte with novel dishes to try. We were directly drawn into their spacious, industrial pattern together with large inviting entrance. We loved the crispy Piggy Chicharones, accented with a hot together with sour sauce kick, infant chorizos inwards cherry-red wine, together with polish chicken liver parfait. For the major meat lovers out at that spot they cause got a choice of "feasts" which are perfect for sharing. We sampled the crispy pork knuckle, which takes 4 days inwards preparation, together with was deliciously complimented with fresh sauerkraut. Pair everything with their signature Salted Pig Iced Tea, a sugariness twist on the classic Long Island version.
